[FX.php List] [Admin] Likely Downtime Today

Greetings All!

I'm switching ISPs today, and while the physical switch should be  
fairly quick, it will likely take some time for the various DNS  
servers to recognize my new IPs.  Please be patient, and things should  
be back to normal soon.  Thanks!
