[FX.php List] IIS 405 error

Hi Kartsyn,

I know very very little about how IIS works...except that a client's 
frequently-ill IIS system produces an 405 error that is fixed by 
restarting Web Servr and/or IIS. With the 405 error, FMP never 
receives the query from the web server....or so it seems.
