[FX.php List] 802 Error on cloned machine. Help.

Not sure what "fx.php distro" is, but db's do show up in both FMP 
client Remote, and using DBNAMES() in fx.php command:

http://64.79.143.15:80/fmi/xml/FMPXMLRESULT.xml?-db=&-max=&-dbnames

Fails at next step, trying to login.
