[FX.php List] can only create 4 records before timeout

I always use seperate layouts for FX/FMPHPAPI, containing only the  
needed fields without any extra candy. I suffix them with " | XML" but  
otherwise they're named the same as the "normal layouts", so that  
they're easy to track.
