[FX.php List] Windows/Apache instead of Windows/IIS

Sorry for burying the question.

In short, the question is, "We're having trouble with Windows 2008 
Server/IIS due to IIS crashes. Is Windows 2008 Server/Apache a better 
alternative"?

Looks like the answer might be "Yes".

Any other opinions out there?

Will look into FMWebSchool's instructions.
