[FX.php List] Performance/Error Question

So when the site is live and error display is turned off, the user just gets

I'll bet there isn't any.  I get this all the time...a web blank page 
with just that error.  However, a refresh resolves the error.  It's 
on my long list of problems to investigate when I get free time. ;-)

FYI, I use Safari 4.
