[FX.php List] LinkFirst and LinkLast

Hi Folks,

Back in January 2006, there was a thread regarding the addition of 
code to fx.php that would add the linkFirst and linkLast commands. 
Some code was posted for editing fx 4.2, but it doesn't seem to work.

What are folks using for Fiest and Last?
