[FX.php List] Reading formatting

You can use GetAsCSS in FMP (probably a twin calc field or auto-enter  
field for each field you need to get formatting on)

GetAsCSS isn't very clean, but it works fairly well (and you can  
clean it up some yourself in the calc).
