[FX.php List] Errors searching for email addresses

Everything after the release of some Linux version, MacOS X and
Windows XP should all be UTF-8,
ISO-8859-n, ASCII and WIN1252 or whatever are all stone age as UTF-8(
or any other Unicode flavour for that matter ) contains all those
other character sets and more.
