Looks like an interesting device, but you should check out the  
Drobo... it's the coolest thing I've ever seen. So easy to use,  
instant setup, total RAID mirroring...

I have one now with 3 1-TB drives and 1 250-GB; you don't have to use  
equal-size drives in this device, and it does full striping... very  
slick.
