I'll second that...

All my web development is firstly done in firefox with "Firebug" and  
"Web Developer" add ons.  I find both invaluable when doing ajaxy  
stuff, as it shows what is loading, what is being returned, and I can  
see the "generated source". [what is actually there, not what the  
browser thinks is there].  While the Web inspector shows the generated  
source, you can't copy/paste the whole page, so, IMO it isn't quite as  
useful.

Safari, however, is my main browser.
