[FX.php List] Fun with time zones

Hi Jonathan,
Presumably these servers are all in the US...? so could you just pick a timezone, synchronise all of the servers to that timezone, and then tell everyone in the emails/records etc that it's 11:00 PDT (or whichever timezone you selected...?)
Random thought while on a train at the end of a really long day...!
