[FX.php List] [OFF] levenshtein and related methods for user helper

Yes, I am aware of that, and I have a free Gmail account as well.  
Recently, my ISP partnered with Google to be their mail host. So now  
in addition to my free Gmail account I am paying for dbengston at tds.net  
to be hosted on Gmail servers.
