[FX.php List] @ and ~ in TO and field names

Hi Joel,
I'd roll the dice and try some FX queries with the naming as-is. (Or
simulate it in another testing system if you don't have full web
access to the actual file yet.) If it works, you're off the hook. If
it doesn't, you can start making plans for name changes.
