Yes, my cwp user is not allowed to delete records, I have statusfield(number)

10 = webentry, this key colors the record yellow
1 = FM entry or webentry validated as a real order by a company
representative, this key colors the record green
0 = deleted, this key colors the record red in admin mode

Then the FileMaker users only see records through a relationship for
statusfield != 0
