[FX.php List] PHP Error Reporting...One more time

I wish I knew what GGT meant by his response... cryptic as usual... :)

When I make a change, I test it and find the errors right then, or I  
don't move on to another task. I'm not sure how this could be improved  
on, unless someone has a tool that will immediately find and point out  
syntax errors--which would be a godsend to me.
