The most accessible CAPTCHA technique at the moment involves logic puzzles
that are easy to solve for a human, but almost impossible for a bot. For
example, you might ask the question "What is the opposite of Mother?", to
which the client would type in "Father". Obviously, you'd need a range of
questions that load randomly, and I'm sure there are better examples out
there than mine. But the benefits should also be obvious. No crazy graphics
to interpret (or not see at all if you are sight-impaired), and but still
very secure from bots. This technique should also work with screen readers
if it's marked up properly.
