[FX.php List] [OFF] How to play Flash video on Mac OS X Server

It's just the first and most obvious thing to check.

If everything is there and activity viewer doesn't give you any errors  
and you're on running apache then maybe something got uploaded weird  
or it's a very old server setup. If the server is IIS and nothing else  
on the site uses flash or flv's, then most likely you'll have to add  
the file types to IIS and restart the server service.

Since you didn't mention that the server is returning text in place of  
streaming video I don't think it's the missing file type, but I could  
be wrong.
