[FX.php List] [OFF] OS X Server on a network

I've had this problem for a couple of years and never addressed it,  
mainly because it was something I could work around.

I have a client who needs me to write a script that will save a PDF  
from his database; what I'd like to do is save these PDF files to the  
web server, which is on the network but a different machine.

Here's my problem: their dedicated web server doesn't show up on my  
network. It's running OS X Server 10.4.11. I can reach it with TB2,  
but don't see it in my list of servers for my network.

I've gone into Workgroup Manager and tried to find the cause for this,  
but haven't found it; I've had this same problem with another machine  
running OS X Server too.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?
