[FX.php List] New line character in Filemaker Pro 8.0

Hi guys,

 I am using Filemaker Pro 8.0. I want to be able to enter some data in the
filemaker database with line breaks (or new line characters).
I tried using "\n" but it didn't work. Can anybody please tell me what is
the new line character for Filemaker.
