[FX.php List] Leading zero getting dropped in a login

I think maybe your problem is in the phrase 'id number'! A number  cannot 
have leading zeros but a textual representation of a number can.

Maybe changing the field definition of the 'id number' to text would resolve 
this. Perhaps the users for whom your update has worked did not have a 
leading zero in their id!
