Hi Bob,
you can target an iframe, if you name it !
so the code might look like this (just add a couple of films to test )
<a href="pb13.avi" target="iframe1">
Video One
<a href="pb12.avi" target="iframe1">
Video Two
<iframe name="iframe1" src="TestQT.htm" align="top" height="100"
width="400" hspace="10" vspace="10">
Try that out - or at least checkout what iframes can and cannot do
