[FX.php List] [OFF] API Equivalent for Grabbing RECID

Not the same thing.

What if you have a client, as I do, who is a FM 9 Certified Developer,  
who knows a thing or two, and who never learned FX first?

He believes (as I do) that the API is here to stay; he wants to write  
this upcoming project using the API, so that's what we're going to do.  
I'm doing about 90% of the web app development, but since he is  
learning the API, he wants me to write it using the API.

I could've refused, but then, I would have lost a 5-figure project.  
Pretty simple decision.
