It probably has to do with the user the script is run as.
When you run the script from the command line, it runs as [you] – the
logged in user.
When runs from the FMS9 scheduler, it (probably runs as another user
(fmsadmin?)
Maybe you could find out by having the script echo the user it is run
as to stdout or
I don't know the syntax for this...
