This approach is actually much more friendly (and accessible) than the
standard CAPTCHA approach. The 'normal' approach can cause difficulties for
a wide range of people, and anyone with the inability to display images is
immediately ruled out. The 'question' approach is more robust too,
especially if you use logic questions, such as 'what is the opposite of
Mother'. Obviously, you'd have to have a selection of such questions, and
randomise their display frequency, but it's the kind of approach that the
W3C and accessibility experts prefer.
