[FX.php List] Problem with site on client's server

Indicates that for whatever reason, their version is looking for the 
end of a php process, and hitting the end of the file first... The 
file will be 219 lines long.

I usually find that it is forgetting the closing } ?> on an if statement...

You could try rebooting the server to clear cache (step 1 in most 
HelpDesk procedures I know but...)
