On one hand, I can envision this as being a straight-forward project.
On the other hand, I could also see it mushrooming into an
unmanageable mess.
On the straightforward side...I see building a front end to capture
the data and design/template preferences required for each site. The
target end user client would access this to specify the site. Then,
a php script would generate the site (6 pages or so) to the target
web folder. I don't see dynamically *generating* new clients and
directories on the fly. That would be a back end job.
