[FX.php List] [OFF] Recommendation for building/buying web site building/management system

Hi Folks,

I have been asked by a client, to build or buy a system that can help 
automatically generate and maintain web sites for *their* clients. 
We've talking 200 - 300 web sites, using some sort of central 
management system.  The end client will have no technical expertise, 
and probably have no desire to do anything other than to fill out a 
form and pick a graphic template from a selection.

Any one gone down this path before?
