[FX.php List] FMSA Admin console not showing my databases...

Two things are happening that I can't seem to remedy:

1) I'm not seeing any databases in my FMSA Admin Console, and
2) IWP sites don't seem to be working.

However, all my PHP sites are working fine, even though the databases  
don't show up in the Admin Console...

Any thoughts?
