[FX.php List] [off-topic] Useable limit of concurrent users w/ IWPsite

My organization runs an IWP site for an arts-related grant application
system. On deadline days, we have at times hit the 100-user maximum for IWP,
and have had to deal with complaints from applicants not being able to get
into the system. Even when the number gets above 80 or so, there can be
problems where idle sessions that have yet to time out are stopping new
users from getting in. In my opinion, IWP was never meant to handle that
kind of traffic. (Which is why I am working on an FX.php solution, so we can
get rid of IWP for this kind of appication... :)
