[FX.php List] FMFindAll (or not!)

Here are some other things to check. Error 100 is "file is missing,"
which means FX can't communicate with a database file with that name.
Moving upstream from your code to the server, it could be one of
these...
1. You are feeding the wrong file name to FX.
2. Your serverdata.php file is pointing at the wrong IP/port for FMSA.
3. Your WPE is not running, or not connecting to FMSA.
4. Your database file does not have the proper extended privilege set
for FX (fmxml with full access).
5. FMSA is not running.
I hope this helps,
Dale
