[FX.php List] The Euro sign (€ or € ) in email messages

if you set encoding to: Content-Type: text/plain; charset=WINDOWS-1252;
then € symbol = "=80"

I removed the address from and to as those are irrelevant from the message below
"=804000" reads like "€4000" in the mailprogram
