[FX.php List] GET vs. POST in a web app

My sentiments exactly. It sent me in circles yesterday trying to
figure it out, and I thought I was missing something obvious.
I also question why there would be any constraint. since the
connection isn't constant, you'd think that it wouldn't matter where
the database calls come from.
