Hi Dale,
We're not actually referring to anything PHP-related here; rather, getting
your HTML & CSS syntax and structure valid and correct. As Erik pointed out,
one of the primary tools to check this is W3C's Validator (at the URL he
provided). I merely reinforced the view that it's an important thing to do
(validate your code), and pointed out a shortcut approach for Firefox users.
