[FX.php List] Strange FX behavior

Derrick is correct. I believe the requirement is every file that has data
being accessed via CWP must have the same username/password. These users
must have the fmpxml privilege in all files to be accessed.
And on my note about the file relationships, everything worked fine in the
client when I had fmnet:DatabaseName too, but it would not work through CWP
until I changed it to file:DatabaseName.

I'm pretty sure that, in a multi-file FM7-8 solution, every file that
needs to be accessed by FX.php does have to have the FMPXML privilege
granted, regardless of whether or not the file is being used directly
or via a relationship.
