[FX.php List] [Off Topic] I need to scoop the entire _POST query
and put it inside a variable

AFAIK there isn't any variable or similar that contains the actual
full request. I think you will just have to collect the various
information from for example $_SERVER. For a full list, do a phpinfo
() or print_r($GLOBALS).
