[FX.php List] FX.PHP and MySQL

Not me. Unless you're working with a custom PHP config that has been
built without MySQL support, I would just use PHP's MySQL functions
to talk to MySQL. And, you can mix them on a single page without a
problem. I've used PHP as the 'glue' for data transfers between FMP
and MySQL before, using FX.php for FMP, and mysql_query() stuff for
MySQL.
