[FX.php List] [OFF] All/Most files appearing with ".bin" extension?

I've never seen this happen because of OS X Server. I think it's a  
function of how TextWrangler is set up. I recall that Fetch, the  
ancient FTP client for OS9, would force binary too, unless you  
manually shut it off.
