[FX.php List] Which Machine to Upgrade?

Hi Folks,

I can upgrade one of the two older machines of a fx.php/FMP/OS X Server set up.

First machine is running FMP OS 6UL (Talks to separate FMP Server 5.5)
Second Machine is running OS X Server running on Web service for this 
one domain.

Both machines are currently 400Mhz G3.

New machine is 1.2Ghz G4.

Which is best to replace at this point?
