[FX.php List] Re: Mysterious asterisks appearing in fields

This may be off the subject, but doesn't a text input in a form need  
a value attribute?
<input name="OrgContact" type="text" id="OrgContact" value="">

What happens if you add this to your FX query?
	$q->FMUseCURL ($useCURL = false);
