[FX.php List] Book_List.fp5 was not created by FileMaker or is
severely damaged and cannot be opened error

This is how I unpack the fx.zip file on MacOS X
1) download fx.zip to the Desktop
2) go to terminal, type the following:
cd Desktop
unzip fx.zip
3) a new folder should appear on the desktop shortly
