[FX.php List] Book_List.fp5 was not created by FileMaker or is severely damaged and cannot be opened error

What does this mean? I just downloaded the FX.php zip file and tried to 
open the database:

"Book_List.fp5 was not created by FileMaker or is severely damaged and 
cannot be opened"

Recover doesn't work. Permissions are set to 777. Other FMP files open 
fine. Tester.fp5 gives the same error. Book_List.fp7 opens fine in FMP7.

Something has got to be wrong with the .fp5 files in the zip file.

Anyone else see this?
