[FX.php List] Performing searches in French

[Bob Patin]

I have a Canadian client whose database contains names with accents;  
if I try searching for them, the searches fail even though I know the  
data exists. If I rewrite a test record using the same letters but  
without accents, the search succeeds.

Is there a META tag that I can use that might fix this?
