[FX.php List] server 9 and wpe

FYI,

Don't know if anyone else encountered this problem with Server 9, but  
WPE would not startup and the Admin server said it couldn't  
communicate with the server. Turns out that new port had to opened up  
on the firewall for server to talk with the WPE. Port number 16016  
and 16018 needed to be opened as well as 16000 and 16001.
