[FX.php List] Forcing a browser to download a text file

Is editing the filename and deleting .bin easier than right clicking and
selecting "save as"?
You'll have to instruct the user to change the filename, and I suspect
explaining 'right click save as' would be easier.
My two cents.
Let me know if you find a better method - this would be good to know.
