[FX.php List] Forcing a browser to download a text file

[Bob Patin]

How do I force a browser to download a text file rather than to  
display it in the browser? I've written an upload script for a client  
so that they can upload text files, but when I click on the links for  
the uploaded files, they display rather than download.
