[FX.php List] One more thought about my Japanese form problem

Not only do I need to be able to process the Japanese text, but it  
needs to be stored in the database as it was entered as well.

Having never worked with anything but English, this is new  
territory... if anyone has worked with Japanese text and can help me,  
it would be greatly appreciated. I'm dead in the water until I figure  
this out...
