[FX.php List] PHP Assistant

The PHP Site Assistant will only work with files hosted by FMS 9. If  
you open a remote file (hosted by FMS 9), the Launch PHP Assistant  
menu option is enabled. The menu option is disabled for local files  
and files opened from any other host.
