Hi Non,

Yip, you're quite right, it is an Ajax question.

I've been working with the Ajax routines which are part of prototype.js for
about a year now, and they are pretty easy to use... check out
http://www.prototypejs.org/

Cheers
Steve

I've been writing some apps for the iPhone; you can view them here:

SEINFELD QUIZ - if you consider yourself a Seinfeldian, see how you
do (some of these are really hard, some are "gimmes"):
http://quiz.longtermsolutions.com

If you score high enough to be classified as a "True
Seinfeldian" (you'll see what I mean when you complete the quiz),
I'll buy you a drink at Devcon!

TN TITANS SCHEDULE - shows the 2007 NFL schedule for the Titans (our
team here in Nashville); I'll be posting scores to this as the season
progresses.
http://titans.longtermsolutions.com

If you view these on a computer, it'll take you to an alternate set
of pages; I've done 2 sets, one of which is optimized for viewing on
the iPhone.

Here's a question: in the quiz db, I'm using FX.php to pull the
questions and answers from a FM database, and then storing the
results in session variables. The processing page is separate from
the page that displays questions and answers.

If I put the processing code inside the quiz page, it would still
redraw the page because I'm using POSTs, wouldn't it? Is there a way
to restructure this so that the logo doesn't get redrawn every time I
display a new question? This is an AJAX question, I know... I guess I
need to jump in and learn it.

Best,

Bob Patin
