[FX.php List] PDF Template? (for use with FPDF/FPDI)

Yes, there is a free (hard to believe, but true) plug-in for Windows  
that will allow users to create PDFs much the same as OS X users can.

FileMaker plugin: this one isn't free, but is for both OS X and  
Windows, and creates PDFs from within FileMaker: http://
